The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Journeyman Automotive Service Technicians to join dealership and service teams across Canada.
These are full-time, permanent opportunities offering the chance to work in collaborative shop environments where your technical expertise, diagnostic ability, and problem-solving skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and team success.
Opportunities are available in both urban and regional markets, with potential relocation support depending on the role.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles across multiple makes and models
- Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs to OEM standards
- Conduct inspections, road tests, and system diagnostics using advanced tools
- Repair or replace components including:
- Brakes, steering, suspension
- Drivetrain and transmission systems
- Electrical and cooling systems
- Fuel and exhaust systems
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Support and mentor apprentices within the shop
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification (Red Seal considered an asset)
- 3–5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- Experience in dealership or high-volume service environments preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, standing, tool use)
