The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager (Sales) to support heavy equipment sales across Alberta.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a field-based environment, building long-term customer relationships and delivering equipment solutions across industries such as construction, infrastructure, energy, forestry, and industrial services.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Manage sales territory through regular client visits and prospecting
Deliver product demonstrations and equipment solutions
Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through post-sale support
Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and reporting
Support marketing initiatives and industry events
Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within heavy equipment or industrial sectors
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Valid driver’s license
Experience in a field-based or territory sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Work Environment

Remote, field-based role
Travel required throughout Alberta
Customer-facing and relationship-driven
Independent work with strong internal support
