The Construction Project Manager will provide overall project leadership for mid-rise residential development projects, working closely with the Construction Superintendent, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, municipal stakeholders, and internal leadership.
While the Superintendent leads day-to-day field execution, the Project Manager will take ownership of the broader project, including budget, schedule, contracts, procurement, cost control, change management, consultant coordination, risk management, and overall project delivery.
This opportunity is ideally suited to someone with proven experience delivering mid-rise residential, multi-family, mixed-use, or comparable complex building projects from pre-construction through occupancy and closeout.
