The Opportunity
We are currently supporting entry-level customer service opportunities across Canada, designed for individuals who are:
- Entering the workforce for the first time

- Not currently attending post-secondary education

These roles are part of a broader initiative where Otter Wise is working with a select group of trusted employer partners through a not-for-profit initiative to support candidates in obtaining meaningful employment and gaining valuable work experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in-person, over the phone, or online
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, or service requests
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
- Handle basic administrative or front-line service tasks
- Work collaboratively with team members
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- No formal experience required (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
- Customer-focused mindset
